2017 was a glorious year for FIF. Our students have accomplished more than ever. We have 3 new instructors ready to teach, and we will offer a whole new group of additional classes to keep them busy! Last year FIF athletes competed in triathlons and Scottish Highland Games, won cage fights and Brazilian jiu jitsu tournaments, and won snowboarding races all over the world. Our top athlete, snowboard racer Evan Strong is headed for the Winter Olympics again! We also have a group of women competing in California’s Strongest Woman in Santa Cruz in April. All are welcome to these upcoming events:

Strength and Conditioning for Sport Series.

Form is Function designs and supervises the strength and conditioning programs of all kinds of athletes. Our students are in a wide variety of sports, from world class professional to recreational. We provide these advantages to our athletes:

Restorative Movement Series.

Form is Function presents four Sunday evening workshops on restorative exercise and injury proofing. These are the techniques we use these last 18 years to help your friends and neighbors and international athletes to be more functional, resilient and capable.

21 Jan – Restoring & Injury Proofing Your Shoulders.
28 Jan – Injury Free Movement in Sport and Life.
